I grew up in The Landings on Skidaway Island, Savannah, GA — long before I ever imagined selling real estate here. In between, I built a corporate career as VP of Business Development for tmp.worldwide, in Denver and then New York City, handling business development for clients including Oracle, Nike, Qualcomm, Colgate, and the New York Fire Department. When I came home, I brought that discipline with me, and I have applied it ever since to a market I know from every angle: as someone who grew up here, and as someone who has sold homes here since 2004.
That knowledge runs deeper than what's listed. I know which streets people ask for by name, which homes are about to come to market before they ever appear in a search, and which properties hold their value ten years out. Neighbors bring me their first conversation about a move — not their fifth — because they know I will tell them my honest opinion.
